he says he still can't handle the stress of a relationship but we still spend time together i love him just as much as i did 2 years ago.all i have to do is see his face and i melt all over again with a smile on my face all day. Don't wait. Life is too short. You should really try to move on and IF he ever decides he is ready to commit to you when he is more sane..then the ball is in YOUR court.

You should move on. It will hurt to end the relationship but you will find a man out there who will make you feel exponentially better than your ex ever could. Besides, if he is telling you he cannot handle the stress of a relationship now then there is a snowball's chance in hell that he is going want to get married in the near future. Don't waste your time with this guy, you've got a life to live too.

Be patient. If it doesn't feel right dating other guys...don't. If you can't wait for him to get his life together...see someone else. If you're meant to be together it will happen. Give him time to get his sh*t together before you throw all of that at him. You have to think about it from his perspective too. Maybe he wants to wait til the time is right so he doesn't screw it up. If you really love him, be there for him.

Do you want to wait is the question? If you love him and are willing to wait then follow your heart, but I feel that any relationship is going to cause some stress. Maybe he should consider counseling and go from there.

If you want to spend the rest of your years waiting for a guy who will never really want you than yeah keep on waiting. If you are serious about your own life and your future you will get far away from him and find a guy who adores you.
