From a christian standpoint, premarital sex is all the same right? You can't technically commit adultery until you're married right?
Sex with your girlfriend is just as bad as having sex with a stranger, even if you have a girlfriend?
(Unless you have sex with a married person, but I'm not talking about that)

I'm not a christian, but I would like verification on this.

Correct. Sex between unmarried people is fornication, not adultery.

I am not so sure on this since i had a friend in this situation. She and her boyfriend were only going out together when she cheated on him. The broke up and as a stipualtion of getting back together she told him the truth about this tryst. They are now married and whenever they get into an argument, no matter how many times her husband says he has forgotten and forgiven her, he brings it up. Now, true the bible says you must be married, in the technical altar and priest sense. But you also have to think that back in the day, not alot of people were married that way. so even though they were not religously binded, they would still be thought as adulterous if they had cheated. I hope this makes sense...

For not being a Christian, you seem to be concerned what God thinks in this matter - good for you. Premarital sex = fornication. If married, sex with someone other than your partner=adultery. In God's eyes, sexual sin is sexual sin. I'm sorry for you that you are not a Christian. To be Christian is to have faith in Jesus with a personal relationship with Him who saved us from eternal death. Please take time to consider your Spiritual Health. "If you deny me before My Father in Heaven, I will deny you" Don't die without the free gift of salvation. Today is the day of salvation! The Lake of Eternal fire is real, and so is eternal Heaven. Make a choice after you pray to the Lord to open your heart, mind and eyes.

Some pleasures today can cause pain tomorrow. “For as a honeycomb the lips of a strange woman keep dripping, and her palate is smoother than oil,” observes Proverbs 5:3, 4. “But the aftereffect from her is as bitter as wormwood; it is as sharp as a two-edged sword.”

One possible bitter aftereffect is the contracting of a sexually transmitted disease. By engaging in premarital sex, one truly ‘sins against his or her own body.’ (1 Corinthians 6:18) Imagine the heartache to learn years later that immorality caused irreversible damage, perhaps infertility or a serious health problem. As Proverbs 5:11 warns: “You have to groan in your future when your flesh and your organism come to an end.”

Bible Will Kill Children – Bible wants to kill adulterous population of Bible Believers. Adulterous population has substantial ratio in Bible Believers.
Revelation 2:22-23
"Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works."

If anyone thinks Biblical Jesus represents only a peaceful loving soul, then think again. For an act of adultery, Bible would kill innocent children for the adultery of others; hardly fair justice, love, or the concern for human beings.

Some apologists claim that "children" refers to the followers of a cult of Jezebel and not to children birthed from Jezebel. However, if this proved the case, the situation would appear even more horrific, for a cult of believers could number in the dozens, hundreds, thousands, or millions. The deaths of these multitude of cult believers (which would include children within its membership) would only make the moralistic problem far more atrocious.

JJ if you made a commitment to ur bf, then ur cheating, if he made one to u then he is cheating, and as far as Lucy goes, God made the laws for us he doesnt need the laws we do, its pretty easy to see what happens when we dont have laws, people like her should get on there knees and thank someone that there are people who is religious and does respect the laws that God gave us, how do u like the thoughts of living in a world where u would be raped, beat and murdered because there wasnt any law, ur kids were done the same way, whats really sad is that in some areas its already like that and getting worse
