I am making Tilapia tomorrow. Pan-seared (skillet fried) Tilapia. I have some chopped spinach, Rice-a-roni, pasta, and potatoes. If neither of those go well with it, I'm willing to make a run to the store. Any suggestions?

when i make tilapia i usually serve it with mashed potatoes with garlic and basil, but your rice will probably go with it.

last time i made it i made a side of spaghetti noodles with butter, basil, garlic, zuchinni, and diced tomatoes. it was pretty good.

you can always serve vegetables, like steamed green beans, squash and onions, or corn on the cob

good luck!

I love a good veggie with my fish. If you have the spinach, try making creamed spinach...my husband loves that....or if you have any other veggies, you could just steam them and there you go....can't go wrong with asparagus
