everyone's been telling me "oh you lost weight". yea infact i did, 15 pounds in 2 months. i weigh only 175 now atleast.
thing is i dont want to lose anymore weight but i still want to kill the beer bell. its not really noticable but i still dont want it there.

is it possible that if i do sit ups, it will kill the beer belly?

or do i have to do more cardio, lose the belly, THEN start doing sit ups?

First of all, Congrats on your weight loss!

To answer your question, "Yes", doing sit ups and a cardio routine will tighten the stomach muscles and before you know it your "beer belly" will be gone.

Diet and Exercise....the only true way to lose weight and get in shape. Keep in mind, Diet will help you lose weight, Cardio will burn calories, and lifting weights will tone your muscles.

Keep up the great work!

nothing can get rid of the beer belly except cardio. you could have amazing abs under that belly and no one would know it. the best way to not lose more weight in your case is to do more cardio where you burn the fat and weight train where you gain the muscle. it's also really fun to circuit train, which is like doing cardio while you weight train. i think that's a very efficient way of doing things.

You're going to have to lose more weight. Sit ups will build muscle but they don't get rid of fat, there will just be muscle underneath. Start up the cardio again...if you do sit-ups too and weight train you shouldn't lose too much weight because muscle weighs more that fat. So lose the fat and get the muscle. Hope that helps!

Doing sit-ups works your abdomen muscles, it doesn't get rid of fat. What you first have to do is some cardio (running, swimming) to reduce the size of your belly first, then you can sculpt it by doing sit-ups.
