Drink plenty of water and add another half hour of cardio to your current exercise plan. As long as you are getting plenty of cardio in your work out routine this should help burn calories and fat quickly. Make sure to take vitamins since you are most likely cutting back on calories from the food sources that you are eliminating from your daily diet. Cut down on the carbs by lowering the amount of breads and other grains from your diet, including dairy and other fats.....eat lots of vegetables. Keep fruits in your diet but be careful with fruits as they have a lot of sugar.

Good Luck.

That's not a healthy or realistic goal. Maybe 10 lbs if you are committed to a diet and exercise regimen. Try decreasing your calories by 500 per day, burning an additional 500 by exercising and that's a 1000 calories lost per day. It takes -3500 calories to lose 1 lb, in a week you can lose up to 3lbs safely. Try doing at least 45 minutes of intense cardio 5-6 times a week and strength training at least 3 times a week for about 20-30 minutes. Also incorporate extra walking in your daily routine. Parking further, taking the stairs, walking on your lunch break, doing jumping jacks during commercial breaks, anything that gets you moving. Also stay away from bad carbs, fried foods, sugary drinks, sweets, processed foods. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day, 5 servings of fruits/veggies and you should do just fine.

Hi,
I would cut out all sweets, eat lowfat foods, and doing sit ups daily or go to the gym. All of this depends on whether or not your body can take it. I heard, you should not start an exercise regimen without first consulting a doctor, for safetys sake.
Good Luck.

I think it would be unhealthy to lose that much weight that fast. 3 pounds a week should be the limit. But if you insist on trying, build or tone your muscles with nightly anaerobic exercises, reduce the amount of carbohydrates in your diet, and do some aerobic exercises in the mornings before breakfast.
