self realization is never gained by striving---quite the opposite--it is letting go of thought with all its limitations--try not to try---be still--stop pretending that you love others while still thinking that they are separate from you.

On that goal thing you're talking about. You actually have to seek AND learn in order have "self-realization". you can't seek without learning and vice-versa buddy...

you want the self realization i think it means you want meet with your self so question is what is your self. i think it is your soul which is the part of the God. it is possible through karma only. karmas are loving the God or experiencing the God or acting for humanity selflessly.

loving the God is devotion here there is no need to learn. it is the portion of heart.

experiencing the God needs gyan as it is gyan yog so real all the holi scriptures and preech

acting selflessly also need learning as what will you act it needs skill

One should seek the Lord, and learn philosophy and the scriptures. One should become attuned to the self, and the ways you react to things, and so on.

self realisation comes once you start analysing. self-analysis nobody can teach or seek it our minds will when we suffer we do self-analysis and we achive our goal the first step to self-realisation is sufferings in any circumstances
