They should have given you a card with the code on it and instructions for entering it. If not, contact Honda.
I had to re-enter the code after my car was worked on--didn't have the card on me, drove home--no music until I entered the numbers :(

go to : The 12volt.com they have the codes and wiring for almost anything audio in cars

try 0000. You might have to pay the dealership for the code.
