I think it means 'You're very cute'.
It's in Tagalog (Philippines).

it sounds like it is from tagalog, the language of the phillipines. from what i could find out, "ang" means "the" or "you're..." it's a marker word. "namang" means something like "very" or "so," or something that adds emphatic meaning to the phrase. "cute" is not a word in tagalog. if you add details about where you heard the phrase, someone out there who knows tagalog could help you better.

How cute.
(It doesn't mean you're cute because it doesn't have "mo")
Filipino/Tagalog
And I find it insulting that you people think this isn't a language or consider it as jibberish.

I think it is senseless and means nothing. Does not look like a language to me, but gibberish.
