it is like all new discoveries , e.g radiography, x-ray machines.
at first they are out of the reach of most people but in the course of time, they will become affordable

Even rich people can't afford it. Except for a few hematologic/oncologic circumstances, there is no stem cell therapy. You'd think from all the noise that all sorts of major diseases are treatable (Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, diabetes, etc.) but it just isn't so. The research in most areas is in the very earliest preliminary stages.

most stem cell research is still only in the testing phase.
It is not yet a financial issue, but it will be when the technology becomes readily available.
