These two Homeopathic remedies will cure all your stomach complaints which you have mentioned in your question without any side effects or complications, NUX VOMICA and CARBO VEG both in 30X potency taken half an hour before meals three times a day. I find that when the entire family helps prep the food and read the labels they are more in tune to what good vs. bad is. I have 3 elementary school age kids and yes they all like the veggies and fruit. I started only giving them stuff with no additives from babies and carried it on. It's fresh or frozen only depending on the season. Humans naturally have a taste for sweet and salty. Get the entire family involved! It's good life skills. The markets today carry so many things that were not available years ago. Make a list of all the fruits and veggies that you have never tried.Purchase 1-3 of them a week and have your family pretend the are writing a review on taste, texture appearance. I talk it up to my family. You have to sell it," Wow- look how pretty the inside of an avocado is! Smell the peaches...MMMMM yum!" Not everyone is always going to like everything .But if you eat with your eyes and your nose a bowl of fresh blueberries is much better looking than a bowl of cheetos. Do search on the internet as well for food facts: what vitamins and minerals and how that benefits your body in long run. All in all if you have fun doing this, they will at least find veggies and fruits they love.

As we age, our stomachs make less acid to digest the food we put into it. The undigested food just sits there and this causes the stomach burning sensation. Eating smaller portions and eating more fiber will help you out greatly. Drink more water, too.
