anybody can suggest me which of the two Marantz receiver should i go?

Please help me to select both of these two models from marantz receiver.
A Marantz SR5600 or marantz SR3100? I am looking which of them is the latest and makes great for my home theater ,and what year they come out.

Marantz SR5600, it is newer, and the features are just a lot better, and for 540, on Yahoo.com shopping makes it a great deal
