when a girl is havin sex with a guy does it feel better for the girl if the guy is uncircumsized?

Some women swear up and down that uncircumsized gives more friction and feels better (and is easier to have an orgasm).
I for one have been down both pathways, and couldn't tell much of a difference at all.
Astetically, I think most women in the US are most comfortable with circumsized because that's what is most common here. In other countries though, the opposite is true. But either way, there's no bearing on how it feels.

I wouldn't know about an uncircumcised thing, they need to be kept clean at all times. I don't believe that extra skin has any magic in the tip, I've heard once you got an erection there is no difference in having sex. Ask your doctor the complications from not being circumcised, I know some, but let him tell you...I have family that had to be circumcised as adults, and a cousin at the age of 3, something just went wrong, the kid was screaming he had a woody that was turning purple from not being circumcised...

You know what i have only been with two guys, both circumsized so i dont know what it will feel like uncircumsized but you know what i wouldnt trade circumsized for the world. It adds to the pleasure, its good!!!! So to answer your question, Circumsized is better....

Circumcised is better for hygiene, and as an other answerer said, circumcised is way better during oral sex. Sex itself, someone can school me in this, but i don't think u could feel the difference....

It is personal preference only. In these times hygiene should not be a problem. In places where bathing was rare then it made some sense but nowadays it is just self mutilation.

Evidently circiumsized men have a 60% lower rate of HIV infection(Yahoo news today). And it makes no difference in any pleasure recieved.
