i know the literal translations come out odd a lot of times, but i would still like it

you can say:

(person's name/last name)-san mo suki desu. (pronounced: (name)-sahn moh s'kee dehs)

or

anata mo suki desu. (pronounced: ah-nah-tah moh s'kee dehs)



If you mean "I also love you", you can say:

(person's name/last name)-san mo aishiteimasu. (pronounced: (name)- sahn moh ah-ee-shee-tay-ee-mah-s)

or

anata mo aishiteimasu. (pronounced: ah-nah-tah moh ah-ee-shee-teh-ee-mah-s

you could simply say:

Boku mo. (Me too)
or
Ore mo (Me too)
