ok since i was like 10 i have had migrans and i am now 21 i am an aspiring Bodybuilder and i got most things sown but i need to lose some weight now and i have ate bad food for like 10 years for a number of reasons i ate stuff like Burger king and pizzas like everyday but everytime i try to change my diet i get like sick i know the proper diet and how to do it but when i do it i get sick
NOTES i do drink a large quanity of pop and alot of greasy food when i use my diet i cut both out cold could this make me sick and if so dose anyone know how long it lasts cause its hard to lick but ive been reading that the cleaner i eat and the more i try i get sick i really need help

I have a degree in holistic nutrition, and have migraines myself. I get them a lot more when I'm not eating right. Especially things with sugar cause me this problem.

You are getting sick because like alcohol and drugs, food is addictive. Many people feel Americans are so hooked on fast gofood because of the sugar and additives (chemicals) in it that are acting like drugs in our bodies. We were made to eat natural food, not synthetic, chemical stuff.

As a bodybuilder, you obvioulsy want to be strong and healthy. Make sure that when you go ff the junk, you are susbtituting a balanced diet of lean proteins and healthy carbohydrates like grains, vegetqables and fruits. Also get plenty of water - not sodas.

You are comind "down" off a drug - junk food. You will feel bad at first because your body still craves what it's gotten used to. But you will get much sicker if you don't wean yourself off it.

Sounds like you get the headaches from removing caffine from your diet.

Stop all fried foods, and sodas asap.
Just do that in the beginning.
No fried foods,
no sodas
no drive-thru foods.

eat 5-8 fruits and or veggies a day
3 healthy meals,
2 snacks
boiled eggs are a good source of protien and if you toss the yolk it's only 10 calories as compared to the 80 per egg.

I suggest you consult a nutritionist!!
It will benifit you greatly, and you won't be doing this alone.

Migrains are mostly caused by stress.
Relieve that and you will avoid the pain however, that may not be possible so......
Add lots of fluids to your diet but NO SOFT DRINKS. Mix up juices, have milk, tea or just lots of plain water.
Add lots of fruits and veggies as well and avoid all fried foods.
The good news is that you should still be able to enjoy Noodles, rice, cheese, fish and boiled potatoes.
Avoid red meats for a while or have very little of it.
