In advance, I would like to say that this answer might not be completely helpful! I would also like to say that you are gorgeous!
Continuing on your appearance, I think you should stay the same colour that you are now:
a) Dying your hair a lighter shade would make your eyebrows appear darker then they are, and stand out more. Unless you plucked them regularly, and looked after them every day (EG. Grooming!), everyone would notice when you are in a rush, and unable to make your eyebrows look nice.
b) Your hair is a gorgeous colour now! It's sort of a dark-ish brown, with a few highlights, and it matches your skin perfectly! Anything else would make you look too tan, therefore creating a 'fake-tan' look, therefore creating...a not very good look!

But you really want to go blonde, don't you! So, here a few less-extreme options, that you might want to use!
a) Spray your hair and comb through with a lightening spray. It will make your already brown hair, so a shade lighter, and if you're not happy, you can just spray and comb again! Just make sure not to spray to many times or you'll go blonde.
b) Have you ever thought of really, really strong highlights? At the moment you have a few, but they are mainly lowlights, instead of highlights. Buy a do-it-yourself kit, or go to the salon, and add lots of honey blonde, or light-brown highlights. The result will be a gorgeous head of hair, that appears to have been in the sun for a long time! It will look gorgeous, and NATURAL; the main look you should aim for!

I hope this has been hopeful, and I hope everything goes well with your hair!

I can't really see what kind of complexion you have because of the lighting. But if you have pink undertones then go for an ash tone - light or dark. Otherwise, golden is hott. I wouldn't go super blonde. Maybe a med. - dark platinum blonde? Try beautyriot.com for pics and ideas.

Definately.

I would not recommend a full head colour, keep your natural colour and add subtle blonde streaks, which will go in with your natural colour and bring out your tones a little more. My friend is a mobile hairdresser if you ever want it done - email me - harrisson_s@hotmail.com

You've got a good look.. so any shade would do, even streaks would work. However dont dye your hair too much cause it can kill it.. best option is to talk to a hairdresser about it.

You're beautiful. Don't change your hair. Of course, i think any blond would look good on it.
