Mojito - fresh limes, fresh mint, soda water, sugar syrup and brown rum. Soooo good with lots of ice.

Also, personal favourite - Rose Petal Cordial. Make simple sugar syrup (water and lots of sugar), add a little pink food dye and some rose water to make the cordial. Put mixture into a jug with lots of ice and fresh rose petals and water to taste. It's so pretty and always impresses guests.

slush... take your favourite 48 oz. canned fruit juice, add 15 oz. of either vodka or rum and put into the freezer.... when it has become slushy, remove from freezer. In large glass add 1/2 glass of slush and 1/2 glass of sparkling pop - ginger ale, sprite, 7-Up, etc.
Serve while cold and slushy!!!
Enjoy
