indin govt.declere that they are going to adopt girl child so that they can help them to growup and make them independent.

Well, in my opinion, it is very difficult to raise a kid to be independent because what is Independence to you might not be to me...it is a very subjective term. I do think that children, boy or girls, should be treated with respect and offered a chance to prove that they can be happy and healthy.
