I have thin hair and have died it many times in the past. It is growing back and now its healthy and shoulder length. I havnt died it since November, If i dye it now, would it harm my hair?

i don't think it would matter what color you dye your hair you will still have a small amount of breakage,because it is a chemical
why would you want it to put anything on there if it's looking good?

If I were u I just leave it as it is because dying of hair can cause split ends and dryness so you just let it to grow naturally and also avoid applying any harse chemical like sprays and other which can harm your hair because these chemicals can cause great damage to your hair.

Colourant is made up of chemicals, so even tho your hair might not break or look bad, it does harm your hair.
That's a fact.
Try dyeing it and using optimal products for coloured hair.

Why don't you use a semi-permenant color? Like a rinse, it's a lot less damaging on your hair.
