I have a small bumps all over my shoulders, arms, and back...
I don't think it's acne because it doesn't have white heads nor black heads... I'm not sure what these are.
I use a shower gel when I shower and started using a Lufa but have gotten no change with these bumps.
I have had them for a while and want them gone. =( They frustrate me! Help!

This isn't an ALLERGY...
I have had these for a long time, they are unnoticable by looking at them, they are only noticable by touching my body.
They are small, smooth bumps

It might be the same thing I have. I have tiny bumps but only on my arms. My doctor told me as a child that they were because I was exposed to too much dirt and dust.
[I live in Texas so i'm basically surrounded by dirt]

The best thing for you is to go to your doctor, and if its skin related she or he will send you to a dermatologist. What it sounds like it could be an allergy. It can last up to weeks.

Better check with a dermatologist. You might be allergic to some substance.
