But do you people think you will actually be able to question an Omnipotent God when you get there? So many times I here you answer we can ask him when we get there.

I heard that if you actually hear the voice of god, your head would explode ... like in Dogma. That would make a QA session with him quite difficult.

I agree with eddietest. But also, if you have a personal relationship with Jesus/God, why can't you ask Him questions in Heaven ? He is our Heavenly Father, we (christians) are His children. Why do you think we call Him our Heavenly FATHER? When there is a relationship, which is what Christianity is, versus a religion, the heart and doors are open to communication and questions are a part of open communication!! Faith is a gift from God that surpasses all human understanding. Understand? If you do, then you will want to ask Jesus into your heart, repent and recieve Him as the Lord and Master of your life. Then with the Holy Spirit indwelling you, you will be guided into TRUTH that also surpasses all human understanding. Stop relying on your own understanding that only creates confusion. Let go and let God, then you too, will be able to ask God questions in Heaven!!

We won't be asking God anything when we get there, We will know the answer down here first or we will not worry about going to heaven. The Holy Ghost is given to us to be guided into all Truth. & not just part of it. If we die today then are are only judged accordingly to what we know today, But if we are alive when Jesus comes back, we will know the Mysteries of the Bible.

If you have a hard time buying into the whole thing about heaven then just let it go.

Since the bible is interpreted in as many different way's as there are christian sects. And the fact that no one who's actually gone there has ever returned to say. I'm guessing heaven is yours to reveal in your own time.

If you're having trouble believing something that seems impossible to believe, quit trying. The truth is that it's unbelievable because it's untrue - it's fantastic - it's incredible - it isn't real.

To pretend to believe that "something" is when it isn't, is also dishonest and a shade toward the insane side of town. Are you nuts, or what?

Nobody claiming faith really believes what they all claim to believe... They're just being hypocritical toward themselves and dishonest to the rest of us. It's one of the rules for being in the club... if you're sane, you have to be a true liar, a sinner, right from the start; but if you're insane, well no problem, dude, you're head is already up in the clouds, isn't it?

There is no heaven, no hell, no god... it's all nonsense and everybody knows it.

Your question presumes there is a God that is separate from you--Christ laid that myth aside when he taught in Luke Ch 17 v 21-that the Kingdom of God is WITHIN you--not "up there"!!--:]

any time someone says they have a hard time believing anything in the BIBLE, it is because of one or two things
(1) they are not spiritually aware of the things in the BIBLE, because they either have no faith or refuse to be taught the truths in the BIBLE.
(2) or they try to reason things out with the natural mind which will not work or they have never been SAVED.

It isn't necessary to believe in Heaven at all. The overwhelming majority of people on the planet don't.

No, just imagine... Once you get through the gates, fluffy pink clouds come and carry you to god, sorry God, who'll be standing (floating?) there with all of your childhood pets, waiting for you (just YOU!!) to ask him all of the questions you've had throughout your life, such as "Why is marijuana illegal when You, Yourself, created it?" And then, you can eat ice cream all day and frolic through fields of flowers for all of eternity. I don't understand... What's so hard to buy into? Makes perfect sense to me... ;-p
