my stomach is out &want to make it flat as normal

23 years old and 55 kgs?? thats really underweight. im 19 and im 64kg and ppl tell me thats too skinny. if u wanna lose the stomach, try using an exercise machine designed for the stomach. they do really work if you use it like 1 hour a day. i know that sounds hard but thats wat i did, it really works. try ab-king-pro

your can reduce your weight and shape your tummy by the following steps:

1.eat less in the night times
2. do continous abdomen excercise .
3. and dont take nonveg for a month atleast
4. and take fresh juice and eat high fibre vegitables

5. at last take a carrot and crush it in the mixie and take the essons and a glass of butter milk , mix them both and shake welland drink this mix daily for 40 days in the morning it will be the best among them all.and the easy way.

normally weight management has to be decided on the height basis. each inch should be equal to 1 kg.

U want to try SAUNA BELT .
And do exercise twice a day i.e. early in the morning and in the evening.
