Some are just angry. Others enjoy it. And some forget those teachings and need to be reminded. I'm not a Christian, but I know that at times I need reminding to fight with good that which is bad. I will vent to my friends, and the way they are in their dealings with people, they make me feel so much better and also remind me that hatred is from Satan. Try reminding them of the teachings of Christ in a nice way. From what I understand of a current situation, somebody thought I had cloned them and also used their pictures. I can understand their anger in that because I would be extremely angry too had those been my children. I knew I hadn't done it, and I don't know if the person does or not, but I also know that their actions are not indicative of who they really are. Personally, if sombody had done that to me, I'd be after them tooth and nail, and am getting somewhat of an understanding into why they blame me. But I would never do that, especially when children are involved. I think you just need to remind the person you (the questioner) are speaking of with bible verses. You would do a better job than I would because yo ufollow that religion. Good luck to you. :)

Some Christians may "strike out" at people of different faiths, but I simply try to explain where the beliefs of other religions do not agree with the true word of God.
I speak out about the lies that Satan promotes in the Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses ,and the Freemasons (Shriners and their lesser degree "brothers").
The Bible clearly states that if we see a person doing something that is not supposed to be done, then we are to approach them and let them know. It does not say that we are to be arrogant or smart-alecky about it, though.
It is a shame that there are those who "talk smack" rather than loving others to a relationship with Jesus Christ.
What is the old saying, "You can draw more flies with honey than with vinegar?"

Who said Christians persecute other religions?? A true Christian accepts 'as a Christian' every religion that believes in God. Please quote the scripture where Jesus said not to...whatever. Do you know what persecute is? It's to harass persistently or to make suffer for divergent principles. If you're referring to Islamic extremism, even the Muslims who practice the 'glorified Islam' do NOT believe in what the extremists do. Extremists kill in the name of God.

So, you are very wrong on this issue. I am a devout Christian and I've always believed that anyone who has acceptance of God, is a Christian believer...and that includes the Lutherans, Catholics, Jewish and so on down the line. Get a grip...okay?

1) What do you mean by persecuting other religions ? Arguing against them is not persecution.
2)Jesus did not say 'do not argue against other religions'.
Will I persecute followers of other religions ? Of course I won't.That's forbidden, and Christian overseas are having a hard enough time dealing with people persecuting them.I would be a hypocrite, not to mention disobeying God,if I supported killing others on the basis of beliefs.

I am a Catholic. The Catholic religion is the most persecuted even though we do not attack other religions unless we are being attacked. You can see that in this section. I do not have to prove it to you. Christian denominations attack us, Muslims attack us, everyone attacks us. But we welcome the persecution because Jesus said the Church he will found in Peter will be a persecuted Church.
Actually we have more stones to throw at other religions but we prefer to follow Christ's command to "turn the other cheek."
Peace and every blessing!

Jesus called those Priests in his days Scribes, Saduceeds, & Pharisees, Jesus never did mess around in telling them what he thought about their so called religion, & In the Bible it also tells the Saints, That The saints shall Judge the world & even angels. So is the christians bringing persucution since they are telling the truth, I think Not, In fact it is questions like this that is persercuting us Christians for standing for truth.

Sorry, but to class all Christians as the same will be like me saying since you are white you are a pedophile cause most are white.

And just cause one is a Christian does not mean they attend Church, follow church or even believe in the church or its message.

Don't confuse the foolish and unwise w/ those that are wise and independent.

What other religions... how are we persecuting them? I wish you were more specific... but umm in the future you might want to check your spelling... Not accepting other religions to be true is not the same as persecution if that is what you are thinking. Tolerance and accpetance are different things that people try to make synonomous!

Why would you feel persecuted if you receive and honest answer to a question which is presented only as an opinion. If one does not want an answer, why ask?

For those of you who say that christians don't persecute others, a few million dead victims of the Burning Days disagree with you. Then there's the Crusades and WW2.
