i have a small red spot that looks like a pimple but i know its not. It doesnt hurt or anything its just been there for almost a year. now im just getting frustrated with it. but im just wondering if anyone knows what it might be, and how i might be able to get rid of it. thanks for your help :) *LeanN*

Could be a mole, a scar, lots of things really. Most likely it's harmless, but really only way to know for sure is to see a dermatologist.

See a dermatologist. There are a number of skin disorders that fit your description. Most are harmless but certain types of skin cancer can start out like that.
I had something similar just below my eye for about 6 months and I went to the doctor. I told him that I don't care what it is, just remove it because it was annoying and it was growing. He was pretty sure that is was harmless but he removed it and sent it in to get checked out and it was cancer. So I ended up going to a specialist to take more tissue out and he did such a wonderful job that I can't even find the scar. No matter what it is, if it bothers you have it removed.

It could be many things, keratosis, scar from something you don't remember, eczema, or possibly skin cancer. You really need to get it checked out by a dermatologist to be 100% sure.

See a skin specialist they would know just looking at it. My guess would be a cest or wort.

I've got those too had em for years my sister calls em blood blisters but they aren't blisters just red moles.
