You have a lot of desire to prove Islam because you like it or perhaps love it and believe it is good for you and everyone else, you accept what you have been taught and believe it maybe 100 percent.I do not, I believe the scriptures of the bible and my Lord Jesus.
Looking at your questions it seems that you have ready answers and have already made up your mind about things 100 percent and I understand how coming from your perspective you might think you have a strong case and that you are on solid ground, but I warn you, you may not be as safe as you think, your reasons which stand like a castle around you now like a mpenetrable walls maybe stolen away from you through a simple exchange of words. I will tell you , I have a Koran, I have studied Islam and I am convinced of my God and the way of the Lord Jesus, I hope you will be too. Anyway I do not blame you for seeking to defend or even convince others about what you consider the right path, because if we didn't tell other what we thought best and noble we would be impious.
I know of a Egyptian Christian site that may interest you and provide interesting thoughts for you.

Jesus is the son of God. Its very clear even in the dictionaries.

Mary is not the Mother of God nor is she a remained a virgin, because joseph and mary had many children "boys and girls" as the bible says.

why did God choose Mary, its because God promised Abraham that the Messiah will come from his lineage. Both Mary and Joseph was.

Abraham had another son aside from Isaac. He had a son from Hagar, the servant of Sarah and the boy was named Ismael.

Jesus was the son of God, and no mary was not the wife of god, she was the mother of Jesus, she was chosen by god to produce his son into the world because of her purity, why do you think they call her Virgin Mary? If you are serious about learning and respecting the christian faith then you should start really reading the bible, and talking to a pastor, maybe attending a christian church. It is ok to have questions about religion as long as you find the answers in a proper place, by people who truelly know what they are talking about. This goes for every faith.

Jesus is the son of God
Mary is the wife of Joseph
Mary was chosen because she was a righteous woman
I have never read the Koran so I can't tell if it is right or wrong but believing in God is a good thing to do and I am glad that you do believe...

There's all kinds of wrong in the Qur'an. I don't have the time or energy to go into that with you. Why are you trying to refer to Jesus in a book that Christians don't use? That's nonsenical at best. Jesus is God in his HUMAN form. Being a human, in and of itself, is lower than God thus, He would pray to God. Flesh is what seperates us from God.

God chose Mary because she was righteous. I wasn't there so I can't say what amazing thing she did to be picked other than the fact that she's was righteous in God's eyes. No, she wasn't God's wife either. She was the host of the child. That's it. You're looking too far into this and trying to make it wrong. Don't compare Christianity to Islam. It's pointless. Give it up.

Jesus is God in the flesh, and He also prayed to the Father because He said No one comes to the Father except by me. He was the only begotten Son of God. Mary's womb was used for the birth with her consent.

When he was here on earth he was both God and man. He was not in his glorified state then. After his resurrection he became the second Person in the Trinity. That's why when Thomas said, "My Lord, and my God," after his resurrection Jesus did not correct him.
Peace and every blessing!
