Well, while he's not technically a "trans-gendered" (I don't think) person, he must have a large fan base among the gay community. That's why the search engine has begun to associate them and "suggest" something it feels is related.
Just like if you type in Tom Cruise, i'm sure you'll also get hits for scientology even though he is an actor and not a spokeperson for that organization. They are linked by frequent common searches, so there ya go.
Software with "artificial intelligence" often develop quirks like this...I've heard horror stories of Tivo users who like certain shows and were constantly being "suggested" shows for alternative lifestyles...who knows who writes the software for these gizmos, but it's not perfect.
