my stereo has 2 rca out puts...one says rear speakers...the other says front speakers.........please excuse the ignorance, but when using an amp to power subs...i should use the set for the rear right? The amp has an rca input and a pass through....i connected the rca's to the input.....

It doesn't matter which RCA's you use. Most people use the rear so they will have fader control. Make sure the settings on your amp are correct for subs.

it doesnt matter what u use for your subs thats just for a 4 channel to hook up in you interiors
