First, you need a Belgian Waffle maker as the size of the squares in the waffle are larger and deeper than a regular waffle maker. If you already have the maker, most will come with a recipe book along with the instructions.
Most grocers have different brands of Belgian Waffle mixes. I looked for recipes and this site has a lot of them, from easy to making the night before. Good Luck!
