Better than the kool aide offered by the neoconservatives; oh but they drink of the same kool aide don't they? I believe that type of kool aide starts at an early age, they serve it with indoctrination; but I can drink it and still keep my perspective

Only if the kool aide man busted through the wall and gave it to me. I would only be in such a place if I had prior knowledge of the kool aide man busting through the wall.

I believe that you are referring to the "Last Supper" observance. It really doesn't matter what the source of the drink is, it only matters what your relationship with Jesus Christ is. If you hold His sacrifice in proper esteem, then it only matters that you are a participant who wishes to observe the remembrance of that meal and what it means. There is so much more to that meal than what many people even realize. Where it states that Jesus took "that cup", or broke" that bread" what is being referred to is the cup of wine, and the bread that is set aside for the Messiah in the Feast of the Pass Over. A heart felt "WOW" would have been in the minds of those present because NOBODY ever touched those 2 items because of who they were reserved for during the meal. Jesus was making a true statement that He was the one those items were intended for, and had the right to do with them as He saw fit.

Well, this depends. If you are making some strange Jonestown reference, no. If you mean as a communion blood-substitute, again, no, I'm not Christian. But in the spirit of friendliness? Sure. Although I STRONGLY disagree with evangelist Christians on many religious, political, and prosylitic issues, I believe they aren't, at heart, bad people. They just have a different opinion about what is "right" than me.

I'd take kool aide from them, but not from YOU.

You are broken. I and my little sidekick Toto volunteer to fix you good.
