And all of those you describe is still wrong.

OK lets try it this way. Large corporation is taking advantage of illegal immigrants. Employers don't have to provide descent working condition for illegal immigrants. In California, EMployers must pay for Workers Comp. THey don't pay for Illegals. If they get hurt, the Illegals are out of luck or worse. If we don't control immigration, there would be a point where there are more people here than there are jobs. In France, this is a major problem and the Muslim immigrant rioted, because there is not enough jobs and the anxiety from extreme poverty. There are some evidence that this might happen in California. L.A.'s mayor Villeragosa had a gang conference with a lot of foreign nation. It was admitted that L.A.'s illegal immigrants are contributing to the world proliferation of gangs. That many Central Americans end up in gangs because of the illegal status and inability to find jobs. When they are caught , they bring back their gang culture to their country of origin. It might be a minority that experience this, but it doesn't take much for something to start.

Well here's the thing. I've been caught speeding. I did the time for my crime.

Illegal immigrants sneak across the border.... and don't pay for their crime.

I'm unsure of my position on the whole issue but it's obvious illegal immigrants broke the law. Why would we want to let them go for that? When I do something illegal and someone catches me I admit I did something illegal. Running a stop-sign is hardly the same as sneaking into America.

Illegal immigration. Think of it this way. Someone breaks into your house. They say that you can't kick them out cuz possession is 9 10ths of the law. They say you have to feed them for free, pay for their medical needs, house them, and see to their everyday needs just because they broke into your house. There is nothing you can do.
Illegal immigrants are just that, they are trespassing where they aren't allowed to be and they take resources from the people who are allowed to be there. Little is ever done about them cuz the legal, illegal and friends of either throw a huge tizzy fit and say it is wrong to judge whether a person is legal. But let me ask you this....If you do something illegal you go to jail, so why should they get off and not have to go to jail or better yet back to their own country? If you have to pay for doing something legal and your next door neighbor does it illegally should you be treated the same way. Lets say you buy a car and your neighbor steals it, shouldn't he pay for stealing your car? It is illegal to steal someone elses stuff, why should we let someone get away with what is illegal? In immigration the word illegal implies that we have no record of them asking to come her and no record of telling them they can come here. They sneak in, just like an invading army does. Do you like getting invaded?

So what your saying is that it is ok to break some laws. And that we can even pick witch laws are ok, and witch are not ok. Just what right do illegal immigrants have to tell us that, our laws are out dated, or unjust. Breaking the law come with, a fine, jail time, or both, and the fine for being here illegally is, deportation. The last time I looked, using a fake or stolen ID and SS card was ( witch most illegals have done ) is a felony.

Every day their children go to school they are taking education funds, classroom space and teacher attention from our children. Our schools are failing because of the huge number of people who come above the limits we have in place, particularly for people too poor to pay in taxes the $10,000 per child, per year it costs to educate a child in California. Programs for our children are being cut across the board to fund ESL and ESL target programs.

The harm only begins when they come or stay illegally. They are taking what isn't theirs every day they are here.

And their children are NOT more important than our own.

Can you legally trespass and break laws in Mexico? Do they have schools down there? I have a feeling that you represent the whole illegal population!

You got to be kidding with that question! Can you differentiate good from bad? Right from wrong? If I ask you for a glass of water... Is that OK? What if I break into your house and take you cokes, and meat while you are at work...? Is that OK?

Is bad because I'd be BREAKING THE RULES OF YOUR HOUSE!!!
