when i entered product key in the activation column & clicked next ,a message occurs

there is a problem with your product key. pls visit the website below for customer support.

my norton antivirus is not activated. version of NAV is 2006

You might be mistyping it.

Make sure all capital letters are typed in capital, and any lower case letters in lower case.
Some computers consider these to be different letters.

Also what appears to be a zero (0) in your copy of the key might actually be the letter O or the opposite.

I would try again, and make sure I typed it correctly, plus maybe try some variations of O's and 0.

3 Possibilties as i think
|

1- your code has been used for more then 1 time
2- your activation code is wrong
3- you might be mistyping it.

may b ur product key is used for more then one time.
