When guys play with a womans hair.........?

Question

Do they actually care what your hair looks & feels like?

I have long curly hair, It's a little longer than the middle of my back,
And it has a lot of body, it's alburn with lots of lighter color browns and reds. It's natural... But sometimes its a little oily... Is that a bad thing?

I have two main questions...
1) Do guys honestly prefer a particular hair type and look ?
2 ) My boyfriend loves, and I mean absolutely loves to play with my hair, And I have no idea why? Why do some men love playing with a womans hair?




Please feel free to answer honestly...
I'm just looking for personal opinions.

Yes, most guys love a woman's hair, especially if it is long. Most guys have short hair so they find the long hair of a woman to be extremely attractive, and likewise want to run their fingers through it. It also becomes a sign of affection because most girls love it when a guy runs his fingers through their hair, and the guy knows this, so he uses it as a way of showing his affection.

Straight hair or curly hair, long or short, blonde or brunette or redhead, etc? Every guy has his own preference. I would have to say most guys prefer long hair though. Curly or straight seems to be about a 50/50 preference. Color - many guys like auburn or redhead because there aren't many girls like that out there(kind of a unique trait), but blonde or brunette also seems to be about a 50/50 preference.

If your hair gets a little oily, it's not really a problem, and it usually makes it shine more. If it gets too oily though, you might want to try changing your shampoo or conditioner to one made especially for oily hair.

Oh, yeah, a big turn-off is when a girl uses an excessive amount of hairspray - it kind of takes something away from the "running the fingers through the hair" experience.
