Babaloo Shrivastava released recentely. Don't judges undertand the fact that he is a criminal. Do we really need to prove that people like him is a guilty.
Can't our juricediction punish them without hearing?
If we catch Dowood Ibrahim any hearing is required at all to punish criminals like him.If yes, then I would suggest to do what ever antisocial activity you want to do nobody will stop us.
I want to know whether Indian constitution have given right to give verdict to universal criminals like Dawood Ibrahim, Babaloo Shrivastava and others to our so called JUDGES or not.

Legal work is totally different from non-judicial work. All have limitations. Justice is not given at any stage. We have to demand justice with our own justice. Powerful get justice, money, name, land etc.

Our justice delivery system is archaic. The old principles of judicial proof and evidence are very cumbersome which are not adequate enough to tackle the heinous crimes. Hence, the need for special legislation like TADA etc. But, there is a lot of hue and cry against such laws, because our experience shows that such draconian laws are either misused or not used in the right situation. The investigation agency are not prompt and vigilant in investigation and prosecution. As a result, many serious offenders are let off with impunity.

We have too many systems, too many courts. Lower, High and Supreme Court and top of it President. We have n number of lawyers, to defend any wealthy and politically powerful person. So, cases can be prolonged to any extent, with the help of money and muscle power. Timings of our Courts are less. According to me, it should work in shifts to clear backlog, so fresh cases will be in memory of people.
