for those of you who seen Drake's I got spanked!!!!! Listen people parents need/HAVE to be in control at all times!!!! the fact that this boy has such an anger problems indicates to me that someone else in his family also does...most the time kids learn that somewhere...if he didn't learn it from his parents then maybe something more is going on at school....telling him he was what he deserved and such is NOT gonna help him to calm down at this point! this family needs help ALL of them...it shows me that at least the day has a probelm keeping control of his anger to.....
when you 'displine' a child cuz it makes you feel better...well that's when it becomes ABUSE!!!!!!!

Okay--the word discipline means "to teach". When a parent spanks - unless they do it the right way, and for the right reason, all they are "teaching" their children, is adults hit little kids. And, when the parent "spanks" out of frustration-that is NOT the right reason or way to spank. Discipline means to teach, verbally and by example. The child has anger problems? It' because of being Hit and not being disciplined, nor listened to by the parent(s). That is wrong, and really sad for the child. Sounds like these parents NEED parenting classes-ASAP! Please convince them to do so. The problems this child is having-is probably, obviously because they are doing something wrong in teaching the child properly. Take care.

It's true that children grow up to be just like their parents....they learn from their environment. I never saw "Drake's I got spanked". I never spanked my children....that's not the answer either....A parent can teach their children right from wrong without spanking them. I was always very open with both of my children & still am today. Every child needs to be able to stub their toes once in awhile as they grow....as they grow they will figure out what works/what doesn't....I just tried to keep them from harming themselves, but I did not live their life for them....Nor did I expect them to live their life for me. I know I did a great job because my girls have accomplished so much in life. They are happy, healthy & are striving for more things to come.

There was no excuse for what he did to his mother. His dad was just taking up for her and letting him know that he will not act that way. Drake was wrong wrong wrong. The next step is call the police for this kind of disrespect.
Drake needs anger management and to learn that he can't get by with what he did.

Children get angry over discipline (I did at times) but they need it
