You can eat vegetables all day and not gain weight. I'm always hungry, too. I try to eat foods high in protein and fiber.. That seems to work. And I drink a lot of water. Weight Watchers has a lot of good food that is low in fat/calories. But it can be kind of pricey. WW online is a good system, too..

Drink at least one full glass of water before every meal. "fattish" that's the first time I've heard that one, try eating complex carbs like wheat bread or wheat pasta, they will help you feel fuller longer, remember you do need carbs in your diet to function normally. Increase your liquid intake and you should feel fuller sooner.

Have you had your blood sugar tested. You may be Hypogycemic. If you find that if you dont eat, you get cranky, get headaches or are shakey this is prolly what it is. Eating every two hours is a great thing. Just start controlling your sugar and carb intake.

Sometimes if you have a large appetite, it means that your metabolism's fast. Are you still growing? That might be the reason. If not, I'd say eat high-volume, lower calorie foods or follow the GI index.

I am sorry. Did you say you always feel hungry? If so, I suggest you to see a doctor. Many diabetics feel hungry all the time. Good luck.
