im talking about a ground beef enchilada plate, refried beans, flour tortillas, LOTS OF CHEESE, guacamole salad, EVERYTHING

or

Philly cheese steak, toasted bun, LOTS OF CHEESE, grilled onions, peppers, and mushrooms, french fries, EVERYTHING

you get the idea. really bad food once a week, but the rest of the week, a strict as hell diet. is it a good or bad idea?

i have one every other week but sure why not when i do this the next day i go for walk or the gym please only limit it to one meal dont get carried away

i am a personal trainer and it is fine even all those bad foods you just said is fine. you shold always indulge your body once a week, dont do it more then that though and remember what ever you put in you then have to be able to burn it off so ifyou are ready for a hard work out the next day go ahead. it is alright.

It is advised to do that by several specialists to avoid feeling deprived. Try rewarding yourself with something that is healthy, good for you & fun to look forward to- like sex
