Where you create a list, and after that you have a drop down option that lets you select what you want from the list

Turn on the Forms toolbar - View -Toolbars -Forms
Choose the option 'Drop-Down Form Field'
Click on 'Form Field Options' and under 'Drop-down item' type in the first name or whatever you want the list to consist of.
Click on Add and then continue to type all items needed in the list, clicking Add after each. Click on OK
Click on Protect Form and turn off the toolbar. Your drop-down should be ready to use.
