No, but he must be alive, possibly in his early twenties (in college perhaps), and he must be a descendant of Abraham. That is the only way for him to closely mirror Christ. If the Olive tree putting forth its shoots has happened (Israel taking control of Jerusalem), then we are within just a few years of the anti-christ rising to power.

Some religions teach that we shouldn't participate in government affairs or vote. This goes against the Lord's teachings as to honor and obey the laws of the land.
