sorrow is a state of mind so is happiness .nobody can make you feel sad unless and untill you allow them or you want to be sad .just try to be a mute suspectator and let destiny play with you like puppets .you cant change anything and if you think you can then its a cause of sorrow again .

Knowing the reason for the sorrow would be helpful. Death of a loved one? Loss of a job? Sickness? Loss of a relationship? But of the things you list, peace would be the better answer. Peace of mind. Peace (absence of war) in the world. Peaceful relationships in the home, workplace, within ones self. Peace in God. Peace in God would mean having faith,trusting in Christ for salvation, and living accordingly.

Turn your sorrow into doing good for others that you do not even know there is much Joy in bringing Joy to a stranger.

it is your mind which think that it is sorrow for others it could be happiness. Bhagwan Shri Krishna said in Geeta there is nothing in this world which can make you sad. it is your mind who creates so many desires which gives birth to sorrow.so have least desires and expectations , your sorrow will automatically finished.

Pray. Ask the Lord Jesus to comfort u. He has promised to be a very present help in time of trouble and He will do it. Focus on God totally and u will see a change in ur life
