Playing politics in a office by caste wise is affecting the people who are in the straight way even then they are ignoring the people who are in the politics game. How do come out without any damages to our image

No one can damage ones image, but be careful that if this is happening at your work place don't be very frank to the people around you. This problem arises only when you get attached to the people and they start politics. be professional no one will bother you, be positvie from your side and work whole heartedly, wrok towards your office as a sincere employee and never leave any pending work .you should always be answerable when ever asked for some data or result, never be blank face. Work for you and the organization. No one can stop you, you with positive approach can do it.,

I have a miraculous solution which works for me very very well.For any such person /s who is/are unjust to me ,I just take their full name (and where possible their star name too) and offer a pooja for their progress at an Ayyappa temple.It cost me 12 Rs/person,I will receive the prasadam from the temple, but wont take it for myself, usually I give it to anyone or, just throw it away as if my "friend" (he is not an enemy anymore) has received the blessings from the Lord. I find miraculous changes in the people (politicking against me) almost instantly,or in the next couple of days.
I do it with so much concern (affection) for the person who is ignorantly against me and also I have full faith in my Lord and my ritual , it ALWAYS works!!
You may have to think similarly,if not exactly.

Change the subject. Talk about sports, movies, TV, a problem in the work place itself...whatever, but get them on a different subject.

That's a grey area. (ha!ha!) Don't do that, just ignore it and keep your opinions to yourself and if pushed say you are very busy and do not have time for socializing. It is the work place, after all.

put on a white prom dress, slather yourself in pig's blood and open your eyes really wide until they almost hurt. things usually start on fire and people perish then it is time to move on to the next job. cover those dirty pillows because they are all laughing at you

If you don't feel like saying anything then don't, If you don't want to pay attention then don't, it's as simple as that. If someone asks you a question about polotics then say "I don't really care".
