I'm looking for a general program that I can easily get that burns a CD with songs in them, tracks and stuff. Also, I want to incorporate some anti-copy technologies into it.

Nero is the most advanced and popular and gives you different tools to do more than just burn tracks and protect it. Use the wave editing tools for BASIC mastering as well.
