It's like eating table sugar or corn syrup. there is no fat in them either.

There's also no nutritional value, just calories.

White bread is good, but fattening, it is also good for cleaning your walls, just simply roll it into a ball and wash the area with the bread, works like a charm lol, not kidding try it out sometime. So I say white bread isnt so bad.

it is of a higher gi than brown bread, which means that energy is released quickly rather than slowly. it is better to eat foods that release energy at a slower rate as it keeps you going through the day. furthermore, brown bread contains various grains which provide greater nutrition than white bread. white bread is of very little nutritional value.

Bleached flour. No nutritional value. It's mostly filler. And white bread does carry more calories than nearly every other bread.

Well, white bread is actually bad for your digestion. 100 perfect whole grain is more healthier and it flushes the things that is sticking you your intestines.
