Wow, I hope you are only joking. Blood is only around 7% of the weight of the human body, we have about 5 liters only and you need all of it. Don't even think about it.

The best way to lose weight, or at least a good starting point is to visit your doctor. He or she can establish how much weight you need to lose safely, why and if you need to lose weight...probably you should get thyroid and blood analysis and after that, a good combination of healthy diet and exercise. Attention, to stop eating is NOT healthy, the body needs calories to burn calories. Sometimes to skip meals leads to put more weight, since the body starves and doesn't burn fat. Follow the instructions of a certified dietician, what works for somebody does not work for somebody else.

Keep your blood!!!!

Cheers

First off, to give you a relevant answer, losing blood don't make you lose weight - your body will make more blood, or if you lose too much blood, you'll die.

But, to me it seems that you must be young to not know that, and desperate if you are willing to stab yourself to lose weight. You can have a nice body, and be accepted without being skinny! You need to get some help if you have either an eating disorder, or you hate your body as it is.

Sorry but losing blood won't cause you to lose weight. You need to burn up more calories than you take in., Try keeping a log for a week of everything you put in your mouth including gum etc. Also keep a log of how many calories you burned that day to find out what is going on.

Write down everything you eat. Write down every exercise you do. (For aerobic exercise, like walking, time it. Try to do 20-30 minutes a day as a minimum.)

If you're the type who likes to get your money's worth out of expenditures, it might be a good idea to join a gym.

Not a recommended way to lose weight or get in shape, but it worked for me: Injure yourself at work. Go through chiropractic and physical-therapy rehab. Find a machine exercise which really really really helps with the pain. (For me, it was the lateral-pulldown machine: putting 130 pounds of reverse gravity on my nerve-damaged shoulder really strengthened the muscles around the damaged part, which keeps the unauthorized shoulder movement and pain way down.)

No you can't lose weight by losing any blood. After losing some blood your body will produce more unless you lose to much then you risk losing consciousness then maybe your life.

Yes stabbing in the heart and forehead works the best. Thats how Santa lost his gut. gougeing out your eyes works pretty well to, you'll never be disatisfied by your looks.

Stabbing yourself to lose blood would do no good because you only lose 1lb for every pint. So, to lose a great amount of weight, you'd would bleed to death before you could enjoy the weight you lost. So, please don't stab yourself.

Try cutting off your head. That should take off at least 2 or 3 pounds...
