i am 13 years old and i have never had a boyfriend and i have never kissed a guy before, and i am very embaressed about it, what should i do! everyone is talking about who made out with who and ive never even hada boyfriend!!!!!!!!!

from personal experience, dont rush yourself, girl!! believe me, i think back and wish my first kiss would have been more special, but it wasnt... it wasnt even the slightest bit romantic at all! and i dont even think of my first boyfriend as a boyfriend at all!! in junior high, nothing like that matters once you get older and get more serious about all that stuff. when i had my first boyfriend, all it was was a title, we didnt hold hands or kiss or anything, and i mean, of course kids are way way way more premiscuous than they were when i was 13 but still, that stuff just wasnt important back then. just stick to being friends with boys until you find one you really like and care about.
and about the whole kissing thing, dont rush yourself into it, wait for the right time and it'll be worth remembering.
dont be embarrassed. just be content with yourself no matter what anyone else says. you'll be more happy in the end.

Well, I don't think that this is something to be embarrassed about! If people around you have got bfs and stuff, it's perfectly fine! For one, U are under no compulsion to copy them. And if you are not prepared to have a boyfriend, it's absolutely fine too. U are only 13, and there are lots of other things that you could be focusing on. Do not let peer pressure make u do somehting that u wud regret later.

You do not need a boyfriend!My granddaughter is 13 also & she started this crazy boy crap & we set her straight!
You are just a baby yourself,Honey!You do not understand all this stuff & the ones who are doing all the talking are rude,nasty,immoral kids who have pigs for parents(at least alot of them do!)Parents should keep their kids safe until they are old enough to deal with grown up problems.If these kids are having sex or "Making Out",then some parent somewhere is slacking!

There is no reason to be embarrassed and no reason to rush into anything. It's tacky to discuss things like that in the first place and I can assure you that the girls that are discussing it now are the ones that everyone will be calling sluts three years from now. If anyone ever asks you, just smile and respond with "A lady never tells...".

There is nothing to be embarrassed about. You are you and there is only one you. You are very special person in your own way. Don't ever force yourself into anything just because "other" people do it. You are more important then that and it will not make you happy.
So, the more important question is who you really are. If you don't know yourself, it is impossible to know what do you really like. You will be fine girl once you know yourself better. Good luck!! =)

You have NOTHING to be embarrassed about. Save yourself for the right guy. It's not going to matter before long what anyone is doing or has done. YOU have to live with what you are doing and have done. Your fortunate and blessed with such a marvelous opportunity to be able to present yourself pure to your future husband down the road. dont worry about. i only had my first boyfriend when i was 14. and the first time i "hooked up" was at 15. its not that big of a deal. and i wasnt a loser if you know what i mean. i was pretty popular in highschool. you just have to wait untill the right guy comes along. and dont settle for anything less just so you can have a boyfriend. trust me thats what most of your friends are prbably doing.

Gurl, I am 14 and I never had a boy friend either! Parents rulez! lol but I am totally okay with it! I am not embarrassed and you shouldn't be either!!!!! You are young and I am sure your beautiful so Enjoy your life as it is you don't need anyone to complete it! stop worring! and when the right time comes, you will have one!

You know what get over it. If you are 13 you are still in school. Yea someone likes you and you probably like someone. But it really doesn't matter. At that age dating is just for fun ( and not worth it in my opinion), so if you don't want to don't. Just wait until you want to, you shouldn't be embarrassed, you should be proud that you don't care.

Do NOT feel embarrassed. You said " everyone is talking" and I'll bet most if not all is just that....talking. You are thirteen and have some growing up to do. Your not a " kid" anymore but your not an adult either.....awkward isn't it? Just be cool, be yourself, and when your ready, your ready and it will happen...trust me. Good luck and chill.
