The sign would constitute objective proof of the existence of God and since Atheists accept as true whatever can be objectively proved they would all believe in God (or at least the God capable of moving the stars to form the sign). None of the Theists would believe because they already know who God is and he doesn't do that sort of thing.
The good news is that we would then be the only true faith and could start killing everybody else, at least until they agreed with us.

I really hate seeing christians saying things like this. It makes me angry and sad at the same time. While I was a new born christian I had an elder in the church question my salvation and say pretty much the same thing you're saying now. I really don't see the positive value in christians doing that to each other or to someone who was formerly following Jesus and christianity. You should realize that man can't see what is in the heart of another, but God can. And God should be the only one that would question where another persons heart is at. I like and respect you NCWJ but lately some of your questions have really been scraping the bottom of the barrel. I'm beginning to wonder if I had the wrong idea about you and is this the real you?

Most likely that either everybody got the same really bad chronic and smoked it that night, OR that God, like I suspect, has a sense of humor.

That or you REALLY spent a while looking for those particular stars.

Logically, it would mean nothing at all. (To state the obvious - if God does not exist, who's the message from?)

Practically, I'd take it to mean someone with a lot of power has a very weird sense of humor. Just my kind of guy, actually...

It is a contradiction in and of itself. Atheists don't believe in God. So for God to Say that he is God and that atheists are correct would be contradicting himself. It wouldn't happen. Whenever God has reveiled himself he has always pointed out his son (Christ) and told us to listen to him.

It would be mere co-incidence. Everyone knows God writes only in Aramaic

It would mean that god has a sense of humor much like my own.

it would mean that either the christian god has a great sense of humor, or the god/gods that actually exist are messing with us.

Well it would more likely be "I was an Atheist, until I realised I was God"
