I had been seeing this guy for like 2 months , everything was perfect it felt right. Until one day he asked me to meet him at his apartment. He lives in another borough. If your from New york you know what i mean. I had found out that my stepmother was admitted into the hospital for critical conditions, this delayed my departure from home. My bf suddenly started accusing me of being with other guys rather than consoling and speaking to my family. We had a huge argument, which resulted in our break up. I am hurt , how could he think this, i was only trying to speak and console my father. He knew that my relationship with my father is very important to me. what should i do ? If he reacted this way to such petty things , imagine bigger. I am confused , please help . Tell me what you think?

if he is acting like this after only 2 months, run, get away from him as fast as you can. It will only get worse as time goes on. He sounds like he is insecure and probably very controlling (these guys tend to keep it under control as long as they can until they burst).
Although it hurst a lot right now, it would hurt even more further down the line.
I am sorry that all of this is happening to you. I hope your stopmother is doing better!

Understand that he is human talk to him and let him into your life , this way you will give him the confederate he need to understand your relationship with family and friends!
Now hers where it get tricky once you get on same page with him in the trust issue you need to support the need from time to time to adjust and move forward.
Make sure you do nothing to destroy that trust because it's a ***** to get it back!
Get you boyfriend back and tell him he's someone you want to be with and hope for a better future for both of you!

He sounds rather insensitive and insecure. I would move on. If there is no trust in a relationship and he gets that freaked out over you visitng an ill family member just imagine how worse it will get. No going out w/ friends no doing anything w/o thinking about cheating. Move on!!!

This guy is obviously not very good at listening or understanding. He's not worth crying over and he's not worth your time, especially if he won't take up any of his own time to listen to you!

I think you are right to leave him behind. If he thinks that only after 2 months you're going to put him ahead of any family crisis he's wacko.

voice your questions to him. maybe someone told him something different and he assumed something.
sounds like you two need sto talk.
if he still is accusing....then..... is this the way you wnt to be treate.d or if you are assuming.... is this the way he deserves to be treated....
again.... treat others like you wnt to be treated.
