if a guy get a girl a card and told her in the card that he likes her....why would the girl still not talk to him when its so obvious...does it mean shes not interested or just waiting for the next move from him?
do girls ignore the people they like?
people tell me that shes the really nice type...conservative too

She may just be shy.
Maybe she's too young and the attention makes her nervous.
Girls can be brutal if they feel scared of a males attention.
She may just not be ready the way you are.
Give it time and pay attention to other girls who may be ready for love loke you seem to be.

SORRY TO SAY BUDDY BUT, SHE JUST NOT INTO YOU. SHE acknowledges your affection for her she just doesn't want to hurt your feelings. she may come around in the future. you never know.
