what can i eat or drink right now that will give me an energy boost for a few hours?

Bananas are always good. Good source of potassium and energy. There are also a lot of light energy bars that are not too sweet. These should carrey you through a few hours of activity

You needed not just eat and drink, but to incorporate a helathy schedule of sleepign early and waking up early to boost. Nextly, work out regularly.

Then, combine this with a glass of orange juice (they're high in calcium) two glasses a day, alternate with fresh water (not tape water), but those crystal geysar brand of mountain fresh water.
Eat a few fruits a day, use salt and MSG sparingly, a small sandwich, small cakes, small chocolate or stuffed raviolis in small pieces would be great. Always carry a chocolate bar with you, or slices of your favorite fruit in a lunch box for recharging, especially grapes---they're fantastic source of phosphate and fresh nutrients, dried mango slices woudl be ideal too! Use natural fruits and food, not those granola bars and energy bars--use those 'bars' sparingly.

pasta or bread or crackers or other carbs. wheat or whold grain is best. some protein, like chicken, tuna, beans, etc would help too. A bit of chocolate for energy right now.
