It hurts because you have an eating disorder that is causing health problems. You do need to be checked in someplace to get help. They will help you get to where you can eat without the stomache ache feeling. It could be that if that is actually a lot of food for you to eat at once then you are just having the stuffed ate too much feeling even though you obviously haven't ate too much. Maybe you have developed an ulcer or something. I hope you get help, you can beat this.

Welcome to "starvation Mode" !!!
You trained you body to survive on the minimal food you can accept.
In WW2 when the Allies found concentration camps, they had to regulate food given to the nazi prisoners so they would not over eat and die.
Your overeating
Get to the hospital
Look, I'm fat, and want to lose weight.
YOUR NOT.
Crazy. I'll bet you think your unattractive.
I eat 2000 calories a day and won't lose anything.
Girl, take some time and work yourself up to 2000 calories a day and I bet you don't gain anything!
Come on... Thin is over.
Sure, get healthy, but put some meat on those bones!
A person with no body fat cannot swim across the English channel, no matter how fit they are.
A fit person with a layer of fat does it.
So, Fat is not your enemy,
being unheathy is.

your stomach hurts because there is nothing in there to neutralize the acid. also prunes are a good food to get rid of constipation, so you probably have a bowel movement coming and thats contributing.
as for not eating, even if you're not hungry you need to force yourself to eat even just a piece of bread every 4 hours or so. eat food that is light and easy on the stomach because you're not used to it. but if that's what you're eating every day or you're just eating because you're going to the doctor's office, you probably do need to be in the hospital where you can be monitored. i hate to say it, but it's true.

Its cause if you are anorexia its because your stomach does not know how to digest the food. I am a recovered anorexia person and when I started eating again after 2 years of not eating I vomitted and had to start out with small portions cause my body did not like having the food in me right away. You just need to get use to having food again and it will take your body a while to adust and get use to having food in your system. Your body is just trying to reject it since you don't eat and its use to not having any food.

well not eating can make your stomach hurt just as bad as eating too much. mine does it all the time. but if it is that bad, then you may need to be hospitalized. eating disorders can mess up alot of stuff in your body. it may have just gotten so bad that you truly cant tolerate solid food. i honestly think your best bet is to get professional help with the eating disorder and help with the stomach ache will come along with it.

Because my dear you haven't been eating, thats why it hurts. If you eat after not doing so for a long time, or eat more than you are used to, it stretches the lining of your stomach. So eat more, slowly, and keep adding food into your system. Food is something to be enjoyed, not feared. Please try to take care of yourself and start eating more. You can kill yourself very easily with this lack of eating. You are starving your entire body, not just your stomach.. brain included.

Your body is eating itself
Prunes are what people, mainly old people, eat to have bowel movement. Those combined with not eating is just asking for trouble.
You should watch the movie 'Seven'; there's a scene where the killer has starved a man almost to death, but not quite. In it's attempt to survive, his body even uses the nutrients of his brain to feed itself.
The moral is, don't be a fool - eat!

I have sever stomach acid problems ,and for this reason I do not eat foods that contain acid. The extra acid makes my stomach hurt.If your body is not receiving enough food it is still producing a normal level of stomach acid ,which is not being used ,wich in turn could also make your stomach hurt.Prilosec should do the trick if this is the case.I hope you feel better :).

it sounds to me like you need to go to the hospital. let me give you a reality check. those girls who you are starving yourself to look like on tv. it is a fantasy world. if you look at the life of a model. they want to glamorize it but in reality they are severly depressed, do not live life to the fullest, many of them become crack heads, heroin addicts, etc... the reason your stonach hurts is because you are depriving your bodie of the nutrients it needs to remain healthy. look at the women on the play boy covers, they have some sort of meat on their bones. the reason why women who model are thin is because the desiegners want a body that will use the least amount of clothing to make an out fit. they want it to look as if it were to fit on a clothes hanger. if i were you i would go to the hospital any ways. at least to get some mental help for yourself. eating disorders are no joke. good luck and remember eat, take care of your body. p.s. i had a friend who starved herself so bad she ended up loosing most of her hair.
