I was wondering what the acceptable age difference is in dating and mariage in the Philippines. Please give me you thoughts and opinions.

if the family is strict i believe that going passed 4 years is a big deal..........if the family is more modern n less strict than it shouldnt matter but the difference shouldnt really go be higher than 5 years.

If the two absolutely everyone seems to be over 18 then age does not count, this is whilst the word age is in simple terms a kind comes into play. the only time age is a huge deal is that if one or the two absolutely everyone seems to be under 18.

usually it is much stricter in the philippines, if youre 21 and youre dating a 15 year old, that can be seen as taking advantage of the young , or child abuse, until now the philippines is not that much open regarding teenagers
but if youre already 22 and you have a 35 year old boyfriend its already acceptable

The Phillipines? Are you American? Canadian, Australian, British... If you are they will marry you no matter the age difference and the family will be happy.

Filopino girls will date and marry twice their age. Especially, if you bring them to the states. They will do just about anything, and I mean anything to get out of a life of poverty.

Age doesn’t matter as long as both of you are singles and responsible. And also, if love is involved..

If your 30 + and she is pre-teen, well, you're asking for trouble.
