Am I infected with Mononucleosis if I kissed someone that was 4 weeks into it?

I'm a 19 year old male. How likely is it that I have been infected after recent exposure, and is there anything I can do to fend off the chances of infection?

keep up your immune system. get the vitamins to help strengthen it. hard to go wrong that way. It is known as the kissing disease. good luck
